Our Not Basic Employee Support Program is designed to provide expert support to our team members during times of professional or personal challenges. With experts available on call or via email, we encourage employees to reach out for guidance and understanding whenever they need it. The program is focused on providing a supportive and empathetic environment, where team members can feel comfortable seeking help and feel empowered to navigate through any difficulties they may be facing.

We offer flexible working hours and the option to work remotely, allowing team members to tailor their schedules to meet their personal needs.
